1. Fully inflate the pillow to a firmness that you find comfortable
2. Lay down on a bed on your back so your spine is supported by the mattress
3. Slide the pillow so that it sits at the lower part of your spine, just above the hips, to reduce the natural inward curve of the lower spine slightly to relieve tension in the area.
4. Adjust your legs, stretching them left and right, or adjust how much the pillow supports your back until you feel comfortable. Use the pillow for 15-30 minutes at a time as needed.
5. To stop using the pillow, sit up and gently roll the pillow off. You can also deflate the pillow slightly to make standing easier.
