Lower Back Relief Therapy
Proven to help you find relief and comfort through a natural, supported resting position for your spine
How LBRT Pillows Work
Many people’s lower backs are always “on,” even when they’re supposed to be resting. The muscles in this area are postural and spend most of the day holding you upright, often in less‑than‑ideal positions. Over time, that constant effort, plus things like long hours sitting, poor posture, and old injuries, can leave the lower back tight, tired, and painful.
Lying flat doesn’t always fix the problem. On your back, sensitive areas like the sacrum and hips can take extra pressure. On your side, the top leg often falls forward and twists the pelvis and spine. These common positions can keep the lower back slightly strained all night instead of letting it fully switch off.
