1. Inflate the pillow – Fill it with air to a firmness that feels comfortable for your lower back.
2. Position it on the couch or chair – Place the pillow against the backrest where your lumbar spine naturally curves.
3. Sit back slowly – Lean into the pillow so it supports the inward curve of your lower spine.
4. Adjust for comfort – Shift your position slightly, or adjust the pillow’s firmness to relieve tension without creating discomfort.
5. Relax and use as needed – Stay seated against the pillow for as long as desired, then remove or deflate it when finished.
