Fortis Fitness Equipment Inc. will refund 100% of your purchase price, including shipping costs - for any reason within the first 30 days from the date you receive your original order. This refund will be processed within 30 days from the time we receive your returned product.
All merchandise for return must be in new condition and adequately packaged for shipping. In order to return a product, you must obtain a return authorization number. To do so, please email info@fortisequipment.com with the following information:

Body of email: Please include your full name, address, order number and reason for return request
